Progressive dialers are used in customer service, distribution, telemarketing, collections, and any other sector requiring making outbound calls from a list but not burden call center personnel with the actual dialing. Schedule appointment reminders within the dialer queue by recording your voice in a WAV file or starting an Auto Dialer script.
