Quick answer: Salesloft is quote-only: its pricing link now goes straight to a “talk to sales” page with no packages or prices. It is sold per user, usually on annual contracts. The best public benchmark is Vendr, which reports a median contract of $30,740 a year across 708 purchases, with list rates of roughly $75 to $200+ per user per month depending on tier. Salesloft also completed its merger with Clari on December 3, 2025. Checked September 2026.
Salesloft used to show a package grid on its pricing page. As of September 2026, salesloft.com/pricing redirects to a demo booking page. That leaves buyers with three sources: what Salesloft says about its products, Vendr’s transaction data, and Salesloft’s AWS Marketplace listing. This guide uses all three, attributes each number, and works out what 5-rep and 20-rep teams should expect.
If you are choosing between the two big sales engagement suites, read Outreach vs Salesloft first. Spotsaas also keeps buyer notes on its Salesloft pricing page.
How Much Does Salesloft Cost?
Salesloft does not publish prices, packages or AI allowances on its site. What the public record shows:
| Source | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Salesloft website | No prices. Pricing routes to a sales conversation: intro call, tailored walkthrough, follow-up. |
| Vendr (708 purchases) | Median contract $30,740 a year; range about $5,160 to $146,683; buyers saved 18% on average |
| Vendr commentary | Per user per month, billed annually or multi-year; minimum seat count typically 10 to 15 users |
| AWS Marketplace | One dimension, the Salesloft Platform, billed per user under a contract and bought by private offer |
Checked September 2026.
Salesloft Pricing Tiers: What Buyers Report
Vendr groups the Salesloft deals it has seen into three tiers. These are Vendr’s figures, not Salesloft’s; Salesloft’s own site shows no tier names today.
| Tier (Vendr’s naming) | Typical list price (per user/month, billed annually) | What buyers achieved | What it includes (per Vendr) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | About $75 to $100 | $60 to $85 for 10 to 25 users | Core cadences, email tracking, basic reporting |
| Advanced (most commonly bought) | About $125 to $150 | $100 to $130 for 25 to 75 users | Adds workflow automation, A/B testing, advanced analytics, deeper CRM integration |
| Premier | About $165 to $200+ | $130 to $170 for 75+ users | Enterprise customization, dedicated support, premium integrations |

What Salesloft Includes After the Clari Merger
Salesloft now sells a set of products that share one data layer. From its current site:
- For account teams: Cadence (sequencing), Conversation Intelligence, Deals and Rhythm (prioritized rep to-dos).
- For revenue leaders: Clari Forecast, Inspect (pipeline risk) and Analytics.
- Across both: AI agents, an MCP connection for agents and systems, and Revenue Cadences.
The login menu still lists separate logins for Salesloft, Clari Forecast, Conversations, Drift and Groove, which tells you the products are still being brought together. Salesloft’s AWS listing says seats include sales engagement workflows, call recording with AI insights, pipeline and deal visibility, and forecasting. Confirm which of these your quote actually covers.
Did Salesloft Get Bought? The Clari Merger Explained
Salesloft was not bought outright; it merged with Clari, the forecasting company. The timeline from Salesloft’s newsroom:
- August 7, 2025: Clari and Salesloft announce an agreement to merge, expected to close in fall 2025. The announcement said Clari’s CEO, Andy Byrne, would lead the combined company.
- December 3, 2025: the merger completes, and the combined company, branded Clari + Salesloft, names Steve Cox as CEO. The companies say they are doubling R&D investment.
Neither announcement disclosed a price or valuation, so “how much is Salesloft worth” has no public answer from the companies.
What the merger means for your price
Nothing in either press release announces a pricing change, and Salesloft’s site shows no combined price list. In practice, the merger matters in three ways when you negotiate:
- Bundling. Forecasting (Clari Forecast) is now sold by the same company as sequencing and call recording. If you run Clari and Salesloft separately today, ask for one combined quote.
- Contract terms. Ask how your contract, renewal date and product logins change as the platforms combine.
- Roadmap risk. Integration of two companies is still in progress. Avoid long terms on products whose future packaging is unclear, or get price protection in writing.
What 5 Reps and 20 Reps Pay for Salesloft
These estimates multiply Vendr’s per-user list ranges. They are not Salesloft quotes.
| Team | Assumption | Estimated licenses per year |
|---|---|---|
| 5 reps | Vendr says minimum seat counts are typically 10 to 15 users, so a 5-rep team may be quoted a 10-seat minimum on Essentials at $75 to $100 | $9,000 to $12,000 (10 seats) |
| 5 reps, if no minimum applies | 5 seats on Essentials at $75 to $100 | $4,500 to $6,000 |
| 20 reps | 20 seats on Advanced at $125 to $150 list | $30,000 to $36,000 |
| 20 reps, negotiated | 20 seats at $100 to $130 (Vendr’s achieved range for 25 to 75 users, so a stretch for 20) | $24,000 to $31,200 |
Arithmetic on Vendr’s published ranges, checked September 2026. Add onboarding and any modules (below). The 20-rep list-price estimate lands close to Vendr’s $30,740 median.
Salesloft’s AWS Marketplace listing shows a figure of $26,400 per 12 months next to the Salesloft Platform dimension, but the listing does not state how many users that covers and says to request a private offer, so it is not a usable per-seat price.
Hidden Costs in a Salesloft Contract
From Vendr’s analysis of Salesloft deals:
- Seat minimums: typically 10 to 15 users depending on tier and region.
- Conversations (call recording and intelligence): can add 20% to 40% to base platform cost.
- Onboarding and professional services: quoted separately, from about $5,000 for basic onboarding to $25,000+ for complex implementations. Often negotiable for larger deals.
- Annual escalators: contracts commonly include 5% to 8% annual price increases. Ask for a cap.
- Multi-year terms: 24- or 36-month agreements typically bring 15% to 30% lower annual pricing, in exchange for commitment.
Salesloft vs Outreach vs Gong: What Buyers Pay
None of the three publishes prices, so Vendr’s medians are the cleanest side-by-side comparison available:
| Vendor | Vendr median contract per year | Purchases in Vendr’s data | Vendr’s range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Salesloft | $30,740 | 708 | $5,160 to $146,683 |
| Outreach | $45,600 | 916 | $8,600 to $213,832 |
| Gong | $55,333 | 1,141 | $11,474 to $203,173 |
Source: Vendr marketplace pages for Salesloft, Outreach and Gong, checked September 2026. Medians reflect the mix of team sizes and modules each vendor’s buyers chose, so they are a guide to typical spend, not a like-for-like seat price.
Can You Pay for Salesloft Monthly?
Salesloft does not offer self-serve monthly billing on its site. Vendr describes Salesloft as charged per user per month but billed annually or on multi-year terms. Plan for an annual commitment, and if you are unsure about adoption, negotiate a shorter first term or a smaller initial seat count with the right to add seats at the same rate.
How Is Salesloft Different From Salesforce?
Salesforce is a CRM: it stores accounts, contacts and opportunities. Salesloft is a sales engagement and revenue platform that runs on top of a CRM: it sequences emails and calls, records conversations, guides deals and, since the Clari merger, forecasts. Salesloft syncs both ways with your CRM, so most Salesloft customers pay for both.
What Is Better Than Salesloft?
It depends on what you are paying Salesloft for:
- Outreach is the closest like-for-like suite and publishes its package structure with AI-credit allowances, though not prices. See Outreach.io pricing and Outreach vs Salesloft.
- Gong if conversation intelligence and coaching matter more than sequencing. See Gong pricing.
- Apollo.io for smaller teams that want published per-seat pricing with a contact database, from $49 per seat per month billed annually. See Apollo pricing.
- Instantly or Smartlead if you mainly send cold email at volume and do not need a dialer or forecasting. See Instantly pricing and Smartlead pricing.

Vendr’s buyer data shows a median of $30,740 a year and list rates of roughly $75 to $200+ per user per month, with 10 to 15 seat minimums common. Twenty reps on a mid tier land around $30,000 to $36,000 a year at list before onboarding. Clari and Salesloft completed their merger on December 3, 2025, so ask for bundled forecasting and roadmap protection in any new contract.
