Quick answer: Outreach.io (now at outreach.ai) is quote-only. Its pricing page lists four packages, Amplify Essentials, Core, Plus and Pro, with 10,000, 25,000, 50,000 and 100,000 AI credits, and prices them with a mix of per-seat licenses and AI-credit consumption. The only public list price is on AWS Marketplace: $108,000 for 50 seats for 12 months, which works out to $2,160 per seat per year, or $180 a month. Vendr reports a median Outreach contract of $45,600 a year. Checked September 2026.

“Outreach pricing” is a hard search: half the results are about outreach in general, and the rest repeat old tier names (Standard, Professional, Enterprise) that Outreach no longer shows. This guide covers Outreach’s current Amplify packages, how AI credits change the bill, what the AWS Marketplace offer and Vendr’s buyer data reveal, and what a 5-rep and a 20-rep team should budget.

If you are deciding between the two biggest sales engagement suites, see Outreach vs Salesloft. Spotsaas also keeps buyer notes on its Outreach pricing page.

How Much Does Outreach.io Cost Per Month?

Outreach asks you to request pricing for every package. The one public list price is its AWS Marketplace offer:

Source Price What it covers
AWS Marketplace $108,000 per 12 months Orchestrate, 50 seats; additional usage billed at $0.01 per unit
Per seat, from that offer $2,160 per seat per year About $180 per seat per month
Vendr (916 purchases) Median $45,600 per year Range about $8,600 to $213,832; buyers saved 12% on average

Checked September 2026. The AWS offer is a 50-seat block on a legacy package name (Orchestrate), so treat $180 per seat per month as a reference point for a mid-sized team, not the price a five-person team will be quoted.

Outreach’s Amplify Packages Compared

Outreach’s pricing page now shows four packages. Each includes an AI-credit allowance; the platform limits rise with each step.

Package AI credits Built for (Outreach’s wording) Key inclusions Platform limits
Amplify Essentials 10,000 Teams that need conversation intelligence at the center Omni, Research and Deal agents; AI coach cards; live coaching; meeting summaries; deal health; Outreach Voice dialer; transcription Not listed
Amplify Core 25,000 AI agents for pipeline creation and account management Omni, Research, Revenue and Personalization agents; multi-channel sequences; engagement reporting; dialer and call insights 250,000 API calls, 5 custom objects, 500 MB knowledge
Amplify Plus (most popular) 50,000 AI-powered revenue acceleration Everything in Essentials and Core, plus Meeting Prep agent, live coaching, deal and pipeline management, win/loss 500,000 API calls, 10 custom objects, 750 MB knowledge
Amplify Pro 100,000 End-to-end revenue orchestration Everything in Plus, plus AI forecasting, scenario planner, rollups, territory management, multi-currency, advanced managed services 1,000,000 API calls, 20 custom objects, 1,500 MB knowledge

Vendor-published, checked September 2026. No package lists a price.

The practical split: Essentials is a conversation intelligence product (no sequencing in its list), Core is the sequencing product, Plus combines both with deal management, and Pro adds forecasting. If you only need sequences and a dialer, Core is the package to price.

How Outreach’s AI Credits Work

Outreach describes its model as seat-based platform access plus consumption-based pricing for AI workflows. From its pricing FAQ:

  • Credits are consumed by discrete actions, such as generating a personalized message or completing a search. Each action has a predefined credit cost.
  • If you need more than your package includes, you can buy additional credit packs at any time.
  • Outreach does not publish the credit cost per action or the price of a credit pack on its pricing page. Ask for both in writing.

This makes Outreach’s bill two-part, similar in spirit to Gong’s seats-plus-platform-fee model. A team that leans heavily on AI agents can outgrow its allowance; one that mostly runs sequences may never touch it. The same page also carries the line “Per user pricing. No platform fees. Support included.” so there is no separate platform fee on top of seats.

What 5 Reps and 20 Reps Pay for Outreach

These estimates apply the AWS per-seat rate ($2,160 a year) to smaller teams. They are not Outreach quotes, and smaller teams usually get less volume discount than a 50-seat buyer.

Team Calculation Estimated licenses per year Compare with
5 reps 5 x $2,160 $10,800 Vendr’s low end: $8,600
20 reps 20 x $2,160 $43,200 Vendr’s median: $45,600
50 reps AWS public offer $108,000 Listed price, 12 months

Hidden Costs in an Outreach Contract

  • Add-ons (Outreach’s list): Data Sharing, Connectors, Additional Instances and Listener Licenses are sold separately.
  • Extra AI credits: sold in packs when you exceed your package allowance.
  • Onboarding and services: Outreach quotes professional services packages separately. Vendr reports $5,000 to $25,000+ depending on complexity, often negotiable.
  • Support tiers: Outreach says Plus support is included with Amplify Core and managed services with Amplify Pro; technical account management and enterprise support are extra.
  • Price escalators: Vendr reports Outreach contracts often include annual increases of 3% to 7%.
  • No refunds: the AWS listing states all fees are non-cancellable and non-refundable except as required by law.

Does Outreach Have a Free Version?

No. Outreach does not offer a free plan or a self-serve trial on its site; every package starts with “Request pricing” and a demo. If you want to test sequencing before committing, tools with free trials include Apollo.io (free plan, paid from $49 per seat per month billed annually; see Apollo pricing), Instantly (14-day trial, no card; see Instantly pricing) and Smartlead (14-day trial; see Smartlead pricing).

What Does Outreach Include?

Across its packages, Outreach covers five jobs: multi-channel sequences and a dialer (Outreach Voice), conversation intelligence and live coaching, AI agents for research, personalization and deal work, deal and pipeline management, and forecasting on Amplify Pro. It connects to Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Webex for meeting capture, and offers an MCP server and client for connecting AI agents.

Is Outreach Similar to Salesforce?

No. Salesforce is a CRM that holds your accounts, contacts and opportunities. Outreach is a sales execution layer on top of the CRM: it runs sequences, records calls, guides deals and forecasts, and syncs activity back. Most Outreach customers also pay for a CRM.

How to Get a Better Outreach Quote

  1. Pick the package by job. Sequencing only: Core. Call coaching only: Essentials. Both: Plus.
  2. Get the credit math in writing: credits per action and the price of an extra pack.
  3. Bring public reference points: $2,160 per seat per year on the AWS 50-seat offer and Vendr’s $45,600 median.
  4. Negotiate services and escalators: onboarding fees and annual increases are both commonly reduced, per Vendr.
  5. Consider buying through AWS if your company has committed AWS spend to use.

The Short Version

Outreach.io publishes four Amplify packages (Essentials, Core, Plus, Pro) with 10,000 to 100,000 AI credits but no prices. Its AWS Marketplace offer lists 50 seats at $108,000 a year, or $180 per seat per month, and Vendr’s buyer data shows a $45,600 median contract. Budget around $10,800 a year for five reps and $43,200 for twenty at that rate, plus onboarding and any extra AI credits.
