Quick answer: The best Gong alternatives for enterprise revenue teams are Salesloft (which now includes Clari and its Copilot conversation intelligence), Outreach and Chorus by ZoomInfo. For mid-market teams with published pricing: Avoma, Momentum, Dialpad Sell and HubSpot Sales Hub Professional. For small teams and tight budgets: Fathom and Fireflies.ai, both with free plans. Jiminny sits in between. Prices are vendor-published, checked September 2026.
Gong is the category leader in conversation and revenue intelligence. It reported ARR above $500 million in May 2026 and now sells a full “Revenue AI OS” with engagement, forecasting, coaching and AI agents. That breadth is also why teams look for alternatives. Gong is quote-only, charges a platform fee on top of seats, and many smaller teams only need call recording, transcripts and coaching.
This guide covers why teams switch, ten alternatives with their pricing, and how to choose. For what Gong itself costs, see our Gong pricing guide.
Why Do Teams Look for Gong Alternatives?
- Price and contract structure. Gong’s pricing page says licences are priced per user and that “there is a platform fee based on the number of users supported”. It publishes no figures. Vendr’s buyer data puts the median contract at $55,333 a year, with per-seat rates of roughly $1,200 to $2,400 a year (Vendr). For a 10-rep team, that is $12,000 to $24,000 a year before the platform fee.
- Paying for more than you use. Gong now bundles Engage, Forecast and Enable into its platform story. Teams that only want recording and coaching end up evaluating tools priced for that job alone.
- Product gaps users mention. TrustRadius’s summary of recent Gong reviews lists transcription errors with technical jargon and non-English speech, cumbersome search, limited reporting flexibility and occasional inaccurate AI summaries as the main drawbacks (TrustRadius, where Gong still scores 9.1 out of 10).
- Stack consolidation. Engagement platforms and CRMs now include call recording, so some teams drop a separate CI tool entirely.

1. Salesloft (Including Clari)
Salesloft merged with Clari in December 2025, and in September 2026 moved forward as one brand. Revenue intelligence, deal management and conversation intelligence now sit under Salesloft, with Clari Forecast keeping its name. The former Clari Copilot (originally Wingman) URLs now point to Salesloft Conversation Intelligence, which records, transcribes and analyses calls with AI summaries, follow-up emails and CRM updates. Pricing is quote-only; Vendr’s median Salesloft contract is $30,740 a year.
Choose it if you want engagement, forecasting and call intelligence from one vendor, like Gong’s platform. Compare it with Outreach in Outreach vs Salesloft.
2. Outreach
Outreach positions itself as an AI agent platform for revenue teams. Its Amplify Essentials package is aimed at teams that want conversation intelligence at the centre of the stack, with real-time transcription and meeting insights for Zoom, Teams, Meet and Webex. Pricing is quote-only, combining seats with consumption-based AI credits (10,000 on Essentials, 50,000 on Plus). Vendr’s median Outreach contract is $45,600 a year. See Outreach pricing.
Choose it if sequencing is your core workflow and you want CI in the same tool.
3. Chorus by ZoomInfo
Chorus was Gong’s original rival until ZoomInfo acquired it in 2021. It still covers call recording, coaching, deal intelligence and market intelligence, with ZoomInfo contact data built in. It is now sold as part of ZoomInfo, with no public price. TrustRadius scores it 8.1 out of 10.
Choose it if you already have a ZoomInfo contract. Full comparison in Gong vs Chorus.
4. Jiminny
Jiminny covers call recording and transcription, an AI notetaker, conversation intelligence, coaching, automated CRM logging and competitive intelligence. It does not publish prices, but offers a 14-day trial with no credit card. Vendr’s data puts its median contract at $27,000 a year, with a range of $11,160 to $52,728.
Choose it if you want Gong-style coaching for a mid-market team at roughly half Gong’s median contract.
5. Avoma
Avoma is the most transparent full-featured option. The base meeting assistant is $19 per recorder seat a month billed annually ($29 monthly) on Startup, $24 ($39) on Organization and $39 on Enterprise. Conversation intelligence and revenue intelligence are each $29 a seat billed annually ($35 monthly) as add-ons. View-only seats are free and unlimited, it transcribes 70+ languages, and the 14-day trial includes every add-on without a card.
10-rep example: Organization plus the CI add-on is $53 a seat a month, about $6,360 a year billed annually. Calculated from vendor-published prices.
Choose it if you want Gong’s core features with a price you can see before a sales call.
6. Momentum
Momentum pitches “enterprise listening” for the whole go-to-market team: it pulls signals from calls into the CRM, Slack deal rooms and executive briefs. Business is $69 per user a month and Transformation $99 (adds AI coaching and analytics), sold on annual plans. A conversation intelligence add-on (note-taker and video library) is $30 per user.
Choose it if CRM hygiene and deal visibility matter more to you than a call library.
7. Dialpad Sell
Dialpad Sell is a sales dialer with AI built in. Essentials is $39 per user a month billed annually ($49 monthly) and includes call recording, coaching teams and AI recaps that sync to the CRM. Advanced ($95) adds real-time guidance and local presence; Premium ($150) adds AI playbooks and AI scorecards.
Choose it if most of your conversations are outbound phone calls and you want the dialer and CI in one tool.
8. HubSpot Sales Hub
If your CRM is HubSpot, you may already be close to a Gong replacement. Sales Hub Professional is $90 per seat a month billed annually ($100 monthly) plus a one-time $1,500 onboarding fee, and includes call recording and transcription (750 hours per account per month) and conversation intelligence. Enterprise, from $150 a seat plus $3,500 onboarding, raises transcription to 1,500 hours and adds tracked terms. Starter does not include recording.
Choose it if you want CI inside the CRM your reps already use and do not need Gong-level analytics.
9. Fathom
Fathom began as a free AI note-taker and now sells team plans with sales features. The free plan includes unlimited recordings and instant call summaries. Business is $25 per user a month billed annually ($34 monthly, two-user minimum) and adds CRM field sync, a deal view, coaching metrics and AI scorecards. Fathom offers a 90-day guarantee.
Choose it if you are a small team that wants AI notes and basic coaching for a fraction of Gong’s cost.
10. Fireflies.ai
Fireflies.ai is the lowest-cost route to conversation intelligence features. The free plan has unlimited transcription with limited AI summaries. Conversation intelligence (sentiment, question detection, talk-time analytics, topic tracking) starts on Business at $19 a seat a month billed annually ($29 monthly). It supports major languages plus 100+ others in beta.
Choose it if you need searchable transcripts and light analytics across the whole company, not just sales.
Other options
Sybill (credit-based AI notes and CRM autofill, with a free plan and paid tiers from about $30 a user) and Revenue.io (a Salesforce-native dialer with coaching, quote-only for 15+ seats) are also worth a look for specific setups. For the full field, see our conversation intelligence software guide.

How to Choose a Gong Alternative
- Write down what you use Gong for today. If it is recording, transcripts and coaching, a mid-priced tool will do. If it is forecasting and pipeline inspection, look at Salesloft or Outreach.
- Start from your core system. HubSpot users should test Sales Hub first. Outreach or Salesloft customers should price their CI modules before adding a vendor.
- Test transcription quality. Run five real calls through two finalists, including any with accents, jargon or other languages.
- Check the CRM sync. Confirm which fields each tool writes back to your CRM and how often.
- Price the whole contract. Include platform fees, onboarding fees, minimum seats and add-ons.
