LinkedIn Sales Navigator Pricing 2026: Core vs Advanced, Annual vs Monthly

Quick answer: LinkedIn Sales Navigator has three plans. Core costs US$119.99 per license per month, or US$1,079.88 per year on annual billing (about $90 a month). Advanced costs US$159.99 per month, or US$1,799.88 per year (about $150 a month). Advanced Plus is quote-only. Every plan includes 50 InMail credits a month. Prices are vendor-published, checked September 2026 on LinkedIn’s compare-plans page, and exclude VAT or sales tax.

LinkedIn’s own pricing page tells you the list price. It does not tell you which plan a team actually needs, why the annual discount is 25% on one plan and 6% on the other, how Sales Navigator differs from a Premium subscription, or what a 5-person or 20-person team will spend in a year. This guide covers all of that, using only numbers LinkedIn publishes.

If you are comparing Sales Navigator with a contact database, see our Apollo vs ZoomInfo breakdown and the Apollo.io pricing guide. Spotsaas also keeps a product page with plan notes at LinkedIn Sales Navigator pricing on Spotsaas.

How Much Does LinkedIn Sales Navigator Cost in 2026?

LinkedIn publishes prices for Core and Advanced and asks you to request a demo for Advanced Plus. The US dollar prices below come straight from the compare-plans page, which lists USD alongside other currencies.

Plan Monthly billing (per license) Annual billing (per license) Annual as a monthly equivalent Best for (LinkedIn’s wording)
Core US$119.99/month US$1,079.88/year About $89.99/month Individual sellers
Advanced US$159.99/month US$1,799.88/year About $149.99/month Sales teams
Advanced Plus Custom quote Custom quote Not published Sales teams using an integrated CRM

Vendor-published, checked September 2026. LinkedIn notes that these are estimates that may exclude VAT, GST and promotional discounts, that prices can vary slightly by device, and that the checkout page shows the actual price. If you buy through the iOS or Android app, check the in-app price before paying.

Outside the US, LinkedIn lists local prices too. Core is A$154.99, C$144.99, €120.99 or £94.99 per month. Advanced is A$189.99, C$179.99, €148.21 or £130.00 per month.

Annual vs Monthly: Why the Discount Is So Uneven

The annual discount is very different between the two self-serve plans, and it changes which plan is the better deal:

  • Core: 12 months at $119.99 is $1,439.88. The annual price is $1,079.88, so you save $360 a year, or 25%.
  • Advanced: 12 months at $159.99 is $1,919.88. The annual price is $1,799.88, so you save $120 a year, or about 6%.

The practical result: on monthly billing, Advanced costs $40 more than Core per month. On annual billing, the gap widens to about $60 a month ($720 a year per license). If you only need Core features, annual billing is worth it. If you are on Advanced and unsure you will keep it, monthly billing costs you only $120 extra over a year and lets you stop at the end of any month.

Cancellation follows the billing term. LinkedIn’s FAQ says an annual plan cancels at the end of the paid year and a monthly plan at the end of the current month. There is no mid-term refund language on the page, so assume an annual plan is a 12-month commitment.

Core vs Advanced vs Advanced Plus: What Changes

All three plans share the core prospecting features. The price steps pay for team features, buyer intent and CRM sync. Based on the feature grid on LinkedIn’s compare-plans page:

Feature Core Advanced Advanced Plus
50+ advanced search filters Yes Yes Yes
Account IQ and Lead IQ (AI research summaries) Yes Yes Yes
InMail credits 50/month 50/month 50/month
Relationship Explorer, Relationship Map, alerts, Message Assist Yes Yes Yes
Team seat management and centralized billing No Yes Yes
Buyer Intent signals No Yes Yes
TeamLink (warm intros through colleagues’ connections) No Yes Yes
Smart Links (trackable content sharing) No Yes Yes
Team reporting No Yes Yes
Advanced CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, Oracle) No No Yes
Create leads and contacts in your CRM from Sales Navigator No No Yes
Sales Navigator alerts in Microsoft Teams, CRM embedded profiles No No Yes

Vendor-published, checked September 2026. LinkedIn also notes that a dedicated account team and tailored training come with licenses bought through a sales representative.

For a solo seller, Core covers the search and InMail work that most people buy Sales Navigator for. The moment two or more people need to share accounts, see who in the company knows a prospect (TeamLink) or manage seats from one bill, you are on Advanced. Advanced Plus only makes sense when your CRM is one LinkedIn integrates with and you want records written back automatically.

How Many InMail Credits Do You Get?

Every Sales Navigator plan includes 50 InMail credits per month per license, according to the compare-plans page. LinkedIn describes this as the most InMails of any LinkedIn product. The credit count does not rise on Advanced or Advanced Plus, so upgrading will not buy you more InMail volume.

Two things to plan around. First, 50 InMails a month is roughly two or three a working day per rep, which suits targeted messages to senior buyers, not volume outreach. Second, if your reps need to contact hundreds of people a month, Sales Navigator is usually paired with an email tool. See our guides to Instantly pricing and Smartlead pricing for what that second tool costs.

What 5 Reps and 20 Reps Pay for Sales Navigator

These examples multiply LinkedIn’s published list prices. They exclude tax and any discount a LinkedIn rep might offer on a larger order.

Team Plan Monthly billing (per year) Annual billing (per year)
1 seller Core $1,439.88 $1,079.88
5 reps Core (5 separate licenses) $7,199.40 $5,399.40
5 reps Advanced $9,599.40 $8,999.40
20 reps Advanced $38,397.60 $35,997.60
20 reps Advanced Plus Quote only Quote only

Worked from vendor-published prices, checked September 2026.

A note on the 5-rep Core line: Core is built for individuals, so five Core licenses do not give you shared seat management, TeamLink or team reporting. It works if each rep simply prospects alone. For a team that works shared accounts, budget for Advanced.

A note on the 20-rep line: LinkedIn’s FAQ says you can buy up to five Advanced licenses online. A 20-person team will be going through LinkedIn’s sales team, where pricing is negotiated, so treat $35,997.60 a year as the list-price ceiling for Advanced, not a quote.

What Is the Difference Between LinkedIn Premium and Sales Navigator?

They are different products for different jobs, even though both sit on your LinkedIn profile.

  • Premium comes in four versions: Premium Career, Premium Business, Premium All-in-One and Premium Company Page. LinkedIn positions Premium for job seekers and small businesses: profile features such as a custom button and profile highlights, seeing who viewed your profile, some InMail, and business insights.
  • Sales Navigator is a separate prospecting workspace: 50+ lead and account search filters, saved lead and account lists, AI research summaries, buyer intent (on Advanced) and CRM sync (on Advanced Plus), plus 50 InMails a month.

LinkedIn does not publish Premium prices on its public pages. The price appears only after you sign in, and it varies by account and region, so we have not quoted one here. Compare the price you see when signed in against Core’s $89.99 a month on annual billing.

The simple test: if you want to look good on LinkedIn and message a few people, Premium Business is enough. If you build lead lists by title, company size, industry and recent activity every week, you need Sales Navigator.

Can You Get Sales Navigator for Free?

There is no free plan. LinkedIn offers a free trial of Core or Advanced, with conditions stated on its pricing page:

  • You must not already be on a paid LinkedIn subscription, including Premium or Sales Navigator.
  • You must not have used any LinkedIn free trial in the past 365 days.
  • LinkedIn asks for a card up front. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged, and LinkedIn sends an email reminder seven days before the trial expires.

Trial availability and features vary by plan and region. The trial length is shown at signup.

Hidden Costs and Terms to Check

Sales Navigator’s pricing is more transparent than most sales tools, but a few terms matter:

  • Tax is extra. LinkedIn’s prices may exclude VAT, GST or sales tax.
  • Annual means annual. Cancelling an annual plan takes effect at the end of the paid year.
  • The trial converts to paid. A card is required, so set a reminder before day one ends if you are only testing.
  • CRM sync costs a tier. Writing leads back to Salesforce or HubSpot requires Advanced Plus, which is quote-only.
  • Online seat limit. Self-serve purchase covers up to five Advanced licenses. Larger teams buy through LinkedIn sales.

Is LinkedIn Sales Navigator Worth It in 2026?

This is the question Reddit threads keep asking, usually after a renewal notice. An honest answer from the facts LinkedIn publishes:

It is worth it when your buyers are active on LinkedIn, your deals are large enough that a handful of well-aimed conversations a month pays for $90 to $150 per rep, and your reps will actually use saved searches and lead alerts every week. The search filters and account views are the product; nothing else gives you LinkedIn’s own profile data this directly.

It is weaker value when you need email addresses and phone numbers at volume. Sales Navigator does not hand you contact data for export; its outreach channel is InMail, capped at 50 a month. Teams that mainly need contact data and sequencing often get more per dollar from a database tool such as Apollo, which starts at $49 per seat per month on annual billing (see our Apollo pricing guide).

LinkedIn cites a Forrester study saying Sales Navigator pays for itself in six months. That study was commissioned for LinkedIn, so treat it as the vendor’s case, not an independent benchmark. The cheaper test is the free trial: if your reps are not building saved searches in the first two weeks, they will not start after you pay.

Cheaper Alternatives to Sales Navigator

No tool replicates LinkedIn’s own profile search, but these cover the same budget line for different jobs:

  • LinkedIn Premium Business for lighter use: profile features and some InMail without the prospecting workspace. Check the signed-in price.
  • Apollo.io for contact data plus sequences, from $49 per seat per month billed annually, with a free plan. See our Apollo.io review.
  • Cold email platforms such as Instantly and Smartlead, which are priced by sending volume, not seats. See Instantly pricing and Smartlead pricing.
  • Full sales engagement suites such as Outreach and Salesloft when you want LinkedIn steps inside multichannel sequences. See Outreach vs Salesloft.

For a broader list, see LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternatives.

If LinkedIn steps need to sit inside email and call sequences, see the best sales engagement platforms.

How to Choose the Right Sales Navigator Plan

  1. Working alone? Take Core on annual billing: about $90 a month, with a 25% saving over monthly.
  2. Two or more reps sharing accounts? Advanced, for TeamLink, buyer intent and central billing. Monthly billing costs only 6% more, so it is a fair way to trial the team rollout.
  3. Need records to flow into Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics? Ask for an Advanced Plus quote and compare it with Advanced plus your CRM’s own LinkedIn integration.
  4. Mostly need email addresses? Price a data tool first. Sales Navigator is a research and InMail tool, not an export tool.

The Short Version

Sales Navigator costs US$119.99 a month for Core or US$159.99 for Advanced, per license. Annual billing drops Core to $1,079.88 a year (25% off) but Advanced only to $1,799.88 (6% off). Every plan includes 50 InMails a month. Five reps on Advanced cost $8,999.40 a year at list; twenty cost $35,997.60 before any negotiated discount.
