What is ReplyManager?

ReplyManager software can be used for any business. It will allow to track the number of replies, view details about each reply, export listings in Excel format, send follow up notes to users without having to constantly search for them by referring to the email they used to contact with. With the ReplyID feature, if someone has requested several times user can assign them a unique reply ID that is automatically sent with their message. The tags feature allow to create keywords that are automatically printed on each message so that businesses can easily find important information in database of replies.
