Thank you for your response. It’s is a outlet store In opryl mills. However I had just brought a pair of shoes back probably 2 monthes ago and the store took the return. I have to say that there was several ladies shopping and all of them had a negative about Clarks return. It should not matter where they was bought. I actually came to see if I could swap my 2 pair of sandals for different ones. The cost of the 2 pair together was almost 200.00. So with how you are handling this review it ...
