What is Harness?
Harness is a software delivery platform spanning CI, CD, feature flags, cloud cost management, chaos engineering and security testing as modules on one platform. Its original differentiator was Continuous Verification: after a deployment it analyzes metrics and logs against the pre-deployment baseline and rolls back automatically when it detects degradation, rather than waiting for a human to notice. Its cloud cost module identifies idle and over-provisioned resources. It is aimed at engineering organizations large enough that deployment risk and cloud spend are both real problems.
