What is TeamCity?
TeamCity is JetBrains' CI/CD server, available self-hosted or as TeamCity Cloud. Build configurations can be defined in the UI or as Kotlin DSL checked into version control, and its build chains model dependencies between builds so shared steps run once rather than per pipeline. It has strong support for the JVM ecosystem and, unsurprisingly, close integration with JetBrains IDEs.
