What does 'Goal Management' mean?
The process of setting and tracking objectives/goals to provide guidance and direction, assisting companies in evaluating performance, and motivating and inspiring individuals are all part of goal management. Goal management is a crucial part of the sales funnel approach that helps an individual to achieve their desired result. Basically it is goal setting for your customers, employees and partners in order for them to maximize their potential in terms of meeting both short-term goals (this week) and long-term goals (next year). Goal management differs from goal setting because it puts a plan of action in place that takes people to achieving the goals they set out for themselves.
