Quick answer: Seamless.AI publishes only one price: the Free plan, which is $0 for 1 user and 50 credits. Pro (priced per user, with annual credit packages starting at 10,000 credits a year) and Enterprise (unlimited users, custom packages) are quote-only through sales. The best public benchmark is SpendHound’s customer spend data: an average of $7,991 a year for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and $18,159 a year above 1,000 employees. Seamless.AI’s terms make every paid subscription an annual contract that auto-renews unless you cancel at least 60 days before renewal. Checked September 2026 on seamless.ai/pricing.

Seamless.AI is one of the harder data vendors to price in advance: the pricing page shows plan names and features, then routes you to “Contact sales.” This guide separates what Seamless.AI itself publishes from what named third parties report, explains what a credit buys, and flags the contract terms that catch buyers out.

How Much Is Seamless.AI per Month?

Seamless.AI does not publish a monthly price for Pro or Enterprise. Here is everything the vendor itself states, and what the best named outside source reports:

Plan What Seamless.AI publishes Price
Free 1 user, 50 credits, sign up without a sales call $0 (vendor-published, checked September 2026)
Pro Priced per user, unlimited exports, annual credit packages; “Pro plans start off at 10,000 annual credits” Quote-only. No figure published.
Enterprise Unlimited users, unlimited exports, custom packages, customer success and enterprise support Quote-only. No figure published.

The pricing page adds that there are no setup fees and that the prices it shows reflect an annual discount. Enterprise support includes phone support on request.

What Buyers Report Paying for Seamless.AI

Because Pro and Enterprise are quoted, the most useful numbers come from spend-management platforms that see real invoices:

  • SpendHound reports, from de-identified spend data on 49 Seamless.AI customers, an average of $7,991 a year for companies with 50 to 1,000 employees and $18,159 a year for companies above 1,000 employees. It also reports that SMB pricing rose 27.2% year over year across 39 SMB customers, while enterprise pricing fell 14.51% across 10 enterprise customers. Source: SpendHound’s Seamless.AI pricing page, last updated July 2026.
  • Vendr lists Seamless.AI’s Free, Pro and Enterprise tiers and offers a negotiated-price estimator, but its public page showed no sample transaction data when checked. Source: Vendr’s Seamless.AI page.

These are averages across different seat counts and credit packages, not a rate card. A single-seat quote can land well below them, and a large team well above.

What Does a Seamless.AI Credit Buy?

Seamless.AI’s FAQ defines a credit simply: “A credit is used when Seamless.AI researches a contact to find their emails, phone numbers and insights.” In other words, a credit is spent per contact researched, not per data field. Seamless.AI does not publish separate credit prices for emails and phones the way Apollo or Lusha do.

Two published details change how far credits go:

  • Credit Back Protection. Under Seamless.AI’s Credit Back Protection Program, credits spent on emails that its own verification flags as invalid may be returned to your account automatically. It excludes soft bounces, role addresses such as info@ or sales@, and emails that were valid at the time but later went dead. Seamless.AI says eligibility is at its sole discretion.
  • Credit allowances by plan. Free gives 50 credits. Pro starts at 10,000 credits a year. Custom plan accounts get “a robust daily allotment of credits” for 5+ license tiers.

What 1,000 Contacts a Month Means on Seamless.AI

We cannot give a dollar figure from published numbers alone, because Seamless.AI publishes no paid price. What the published numbers do tell you:

  • 1,000 researched contacts a month is 12,000 credits a year, at one credit per contact.
  • That is more than the 10,000 annual credits Pro starts at, so a single entry-level Pro package would run out in about 10 months. Ask for a package of at least 12,000 credits a year, plus headroom for contacts that return nothing useful.
  • The free plan’s 50 credits would cover about a day and a half of that volume.

For budget context only, SpendHound’s reported SMB average of $7,991 a year works out to about $666 a month. Whether your quote lands near that depends on seats and credits, so treat it as a reference point for negotiation, not a price.

Seamless.AI Contract Terms: The 60-Day Renewal Rule

This is the part of Seamless.AI pricing buyers most often miss. Seamless.AI’s terms of use, checked September 2026, say:

  • Every subscription is annual. “All subscriptions for the Services are annual with monthly or annual billing cycles.” Monthly billing is a payment schedule, not a month-to-month contract.
  • Cancel 60 days before renewal. You must cancel or modify your subscription in the platform no later than 60 days before the next annual renewal date. If you do not, the contract automatically renews for another 12 months.
  • Sales are final. “Except as expressly provided in these Terms, all sales are final.”
  • Prices can change on notice. Seamless.AI may change subscription fees by giving notice, and the terms say the change is effective immediately upon notice.
  • Late payment. Unpaid amounts can carry a 2% late fee and may be reported to business credit bureaus.
  • Opt-in purchases (add-ons bought separately) are non-refundable.

Put the renewal date minus 60 days in your calendar the day you sign.

What Is Included in Each Seamless.AI Plan

The pricing page’s feature grid covers email addresses, cell phones, a real-time search engine, export download, premium integrations, Pitch Intelligence, a free admin seat, advanced org management, the Connect module (emailing, phone calls and tasks), a job-changes filter, API access and the AI Assistant. Data Enrichment, Autopilot and Buyer Intent Data are marked as add-ons. Pro is positioned for buyers who want more credits and premium products; Enterprise adds unlimited users, customer success and enterprise support, with phone support available on request. The page also says all plans now include Connect for a limited time.

Seamless.AI also runs a Switch and Save program that it says lets eligible buyers save up to 50% off what they pay a current provider; terms apply.

Is Seamless.AI Worth It?

It suits teams that want a large self-updating contact search and are comfortable negotiating an annual contract. It suits teams poorly if they want to start small, pay monthly with the freedom to leave, or compare prices without talking to sales. If you need published, self-serve pricing, look at the tools below first, then use their numbers as leverage in a Seamless.AI negotiation.

Seamless.AI Pricing Compared With Apollo, Lusha and RocketReach

Since Seamless.AI’s own price is a quote, the most useful comparison is what 1,000 contacts a month costs at vendors that publish their rates. All figures are vendor-published and checked September 2026; each assumes one seat and every reveal returning data.

Tool 1,000 emails a month 1,000 emails + phones a month Contract
Seamless.AI Quote (needs at least 12,000 credits a year) Quote Annual, auto-renews, 60 days’ notice
Apollo.io $49 a month billed annually (Basic) About $199 a month (Professional plus a 5,000-credit pack) Monthly or annual
Lusha $87.45 a month billed yearly (Pro, 12,000 credits a year) $494.95 a month billed yearly (Premium, 72,000 credits a year) Monthly or yearly, auto-renews
RocketReach $1,699 a year if all 1,000 are exported (Ultimate) $1,699 a year (Ultimate includes phones) Monthly or annual

Use these as a floor in your Seamless.AI negotiation. If the quote for your credit volume lands well above these, ask Seamless.AI what it offers that the published tools do not, or use its Switch and Save program as leverage.

Seamless.AI Alternatives With Published Prices

  • Apollo.io: free plan, then $49 to $119 per seat per month billed annually. See Apollo.io pricing.
  • Lusha: free plan, then from $37.45 a month billed yearly. See Lusha pricing.
  • RocketReach: $399 to $1,699 a year, or $69 to $209 month to month. See RocketReach pricing.
  • Prospeo: pay only for verified emails found. See our Prospeo review.

If you are comparing Seamless.AI with an enterprise platform, see ZoomInfo pricing: SpendHound’s data puts ZoomInfo’s SMB average at $48,524 a year, about six times Seamless.AI’s.

How to Negotiate a Seamless.AI Quote

  1. Size credits from your volume. Contacts per month × 12, plus a margin. Do not accept the 10,000 default if you need more.
  2. Ask what counts as a credit. Confirm whether a contact with no email or phone found still uses one.
  3. Get the renewal terms in the order form. The 60-day notice and automatic 12-month renewal apply unless the order form says otherwise.
  4. Cap renewal increases in writing. The terms allow fee changes on notice.
  5. Bring a competing quote. Published Apollo, Lusha or RocketReach prices are a concrete anchor.

The Short Version

Seamless.AI’s only published price is the free plan: $0, 1 user, 50 credits. Pro and Enterprise are quote-only, with Pro starting at 10,000 credits a year. SpendHound reports average spend of $7,991 a year for mid-size companies and $18,159 for enterprises. Every paid plan is an annual contract that auto-renews unless you cancel 60 days before renewal.

Checked September 2026: plan names, features, credit definitions and FAQ from seamless.ai/pricing; contract terms from Seamless.AI’s terms of use; Credit Back Protection terms from its policy page; spend figures from SpendHound; tier descriptions from Vendr. No Seamless.AI paid price is published, so none is stated here.
