Quick answer: monday CRM costs $12 (Basic), $17 (Standard) and $28 (Pro) per seat per month on yearly billing, or $18, $25 and $41 on monthly billing. Ultimate, the renamed Enterprise tier, is custom-priced. Every plan has a 3-seat minimum, so the cheapest possible bill is $36 a month. There is no free CRM plan, only a 14-day trial. All prices are vendor-published in USD, checked September 2026, and exclude tax.

monday CRM is the sales product built on monday.com’s work platform. It is priced separately from monday work management, which is what most “monday.com pricing” articles cover, and the two are easy to confuse. monday CRM has its own plans, its own per-seat prices and its own limits on contacts, dashboards and automations. If you are pricing monday.com for project and task management, see our monday.com pricing guide.

This guide covers monday CRM only: every plan and its limits, seat minimums, billing rules, and worked costs for teams of 3, 10 and 25 people. Prices come from monday.com’s CRM pricing page, checked September 2026. Totals are our own estimates.

How Much Does monday CRM Cost?

Plan Yearly billing (per seat/month) Monthly billing (per seat/month) Minimum monthly bill (3 seats, yearly)
Basic $12 $18 $36
Standard $17 $25 $51
Pro (most popular) $28 $41 $84
Ultimate (formerly Enterprise) Custom price, contact sales Quote

monday.com notes that prices exclude tax and that “the price is determined by the user’s billing country,” so buyers outside the US may see different figures at checkout.

monday CRM Plan Limits

The per-seat price is only half the story. monday CRM caps contacts, dashboards, board columns, quotes and automations by plan, and these limits usually decide which plan a team needs:

Limit Basic Standard Pro Ultimate
Active contacts and deals 1,000 10,000 100,000 Unlimited
Workspaces 1 3 15 Unlimited
Custom dashboards 1 5 50 Unlimited
Columns per board 5 15 75 Unlimited
Quotes and invoices per month 20 50 250 Unlimited
Custom automations per month Not listed 250 25,000 Enterprise-scale
AI credits Not listed Included Included Included

Basic’s limits are tight. A 1,000-record cap on active contacts and deals, one dashboard and five columns per board suit a very small team testing the product. Most teams that run a real pipeline start on Standard.

What Each monday CRM Plan Includes

Basic ($12 yearly, $18 monthly)

Lead, contact and deal management on customizable boards, one dashboard, and quotes and invoices, within the limits above.

Standard ($17 yearly, $25 monthly)

Adds a centralized communications hub that shows every email, call, meeting and note in one timeline, iOS and Android apps with offline access, 250 automations a month, and included AI credits for monday’s AI features, such as meeting prep, an AI notetaker, lead sourcing and outreach agents, AI-powered data fields and the Sidekick assistant.

Pro ($28 yearly, $41 monthly)

Adds mass email with tracking, automated email sequences with manual task reminders, 25,000 automations a month, an AI workflow builder and much higher limits across contacts, dashboards and columns.

Ultimate (custom price)

Adds unlimited limits, 25,000 API calls a day, security and governance controls, advanced permissions, HIPAA compliance, advanced email logging rules, tailored onboarding, white-glove migration and 24/7 priority support. monday.com notes that “Ultimate is a new name for our Enterprise tier.”

How monday CRM Pricing Works

Seat minimums and team sizes

monday CRM’s FAQ says “plans start from 3 users,” so a solo seller or a two-person team still pays for three seats. On the pricing page you pick a team size from a drop-down (it defaults to 10 seats) and do not type an exact number, so check how your headcount maps to the sizes offered. Teams of more than 40 users are directed to request a quote from sales.

Yearly versus monthly

You can pay month to month or for a year up front. The published prices put the yearly saving at about 33% (Basic is $12 against $18), which matches the “Save 33%” label on the billing toggle. The FAQ on the same page mentions an 18% discount, so rely on the prices shown at checkout.

Refunds and downgrades

If you cancel a yearly subscription within 30 days of paying, monday.com gives a prorated refund. After that refund window, it offers “no refunds for downgrades,” though admins can change the plan and seat count at any time.

Payment methods

monday.com accepts major credit cards (not debit cards) and PayPal, depending on location, and invoicing for Enterprise-level plans above a minimum.

Hidden Costs to Watch

  • Unused seats. The 3-seat minimum and fixed team sizes mean you may pay for seats nobody uses.
  • Record caps. Contact and deal limits are per plan. A growing database can force an upgrade even if your team size stays the same.
  • Automation caps. Standard’s 250 automations a month can run out quickly if you automate lead assignment and follow-ups. Pro raises this to 25,000.
  • Email marketing. Mass email and sequences are Pro features. monday also sells a separate email marketing product, monday campaigns.
  • Two monday products. monday CRM and monday work management are billed separately. A company that uses both for different teams pays for both.

What monday CRM Costs for 3, 10 and 25 Users

These are our estimates from monday.com’s published USD prices, before tax.

Scenario (estimate) Setup Monthly Annual
2 people (billed as 3 seats) Basic, yearly $36 $432
3 users, working pipeline Standard, yearly $51 $612
3 users, same, monthly billing Standard, monthly $75 $900
10 users, automated sales Standard, yearly $170 $2,040
10 users with email sequences Pro, yearly $280 $3,360
25 users, scaling team Pro, yearly $700 $8,400
25 users, same, monthly billing Pro, monthly $1,025 $12,300

Above 40 users you will need a sales quote, and larger teams with compliance needs will likely land on Ultimate.

monday CRM vs HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM and Pipedrive on Cost

Per user per month from each vendor’s pricing page, checked September 2026.

CRM Free option Entry paid plan Plan with email sequences or automation
monday CRM 14-day trial $12 yearly / $18 monthly (3 seats min.) $28 yearly / $41 monthly (Pro)
HubSpot Yes, 2 users $20 list ($7 annual offer) $90 annual + $1,500 onboarding (Sales Hub Pro)
Salesforce Free Suite listed $25 Starter Suite $100 Pro Suite (annual)
Zoho CRM Yes, 3 users $14 annual / $20 monthly $23 annual / $35 monthly (Professional)
Pipedrive 14-day trial $14 annual / $24 monthly $39 annual / $49 monthly (Growth)

On yearly billing, monday CRM Pro is cheaper than Pipedrive Growth and a fraction of HubSpot or Salesforce at the equivalent tier. The main cost catches are the 3-seat minimum and the record and automation caps. Its strongest case is for companies already running projects in monday.com, because sales and delivery teams can share one familiar interface.

How Expensive Is Monday CRM?

It is one of the cheaper CRMs on a per-seat basis: $12 to $28 per seat per month on yearly billing, or $18 to $41 monthly. With the 3-seat minimum, the smallest possible bill is $36 a month on Basic. A 10-person team on Pro pays about $3,360 a year on yearly billing.

Does Monday Have a Free CRM?

No. monday CRM’s FAQ says the free option is a 14-day trial, after which you need a paid plan. monday work management has a free plan for up to 2 seats, but it is a project management tool, not the CRM. Qualifying nonprofits may get free access or a discount through monday.com’s nonprofit program.

Is Monday CRM Worth It?

For small and mid-size sales teams that want a flexible, visual CRM at a low per-seat price, it can be. Standard at $17 per seat covers a working pipeline with automations and AI features, and Pro at $28 adds email sequences. It is less suited to a solo seller (the 3-seat minimum), to teams with large databases on the lower plans (record caps), or to companies that want marketing automation and a help desk on the same platform. See the monday.com profile for features and the monday.com alternatives list for other options.

Which CRM Is Better, HubSpot or Monday?

HubSpot is the stronger choice when marketing, sales and service need one contact database and you want deep marketing automation. monday CRM is the cheaper and more flexible choice for sales teams that already work in monday.com or want to shape their own boards and workflows. On cost, 10 seats of monday CRM Pro come to about $3,360 a year on yearly billing, against about $12,300 in year one for 10 seats of HubSpot Sales Hub Professional including onboarding. Our best HubSpot alternatives guide and CRM pricing guide cover more options.

Is monday.com an Israeli Company?

Yes. monday.com was founded in Israel and is headquartered in Tel Aviv, with offices in other countries. Its shares are listed on the Nasdaq in the United States.
