Quick answer: Pipedrive has four plans, priced per seat per month: Lite $14, Growth $39, Premium $59 and Ultimate $79 when billed annually, or $24, $49, $79 and $99 when billed monthly. There is no free plan, only a 14-day free trial. Add-ons such as LeadBooster ($32.50 a month), Campaigns, Projects, Web Visitors and Smart Docs cost extra. All prices are vendor-published in USD, checked September 2026, and exclude VAT.
Pipedrive built its name on a simple, visual sales pipeline and a simple price list. The price list is still short, but the gap between annual and monthly billing is wide, and several features buyers expect in a sales CRM (lead capture forms, email campaigns, document signing) are sold as add-ons on some plans and included on others.
This guide covers every Pipedrive plan with both billing options, what each plan adds, the add-ons and their starting prices, and worked costs for teams of 3, 10 and 25 people. All prices come from Pipedrive’s pricing page and its add-on pages, checked September 2026. Totals are our own estimates.
How Much Does Pipedrive Cost?
| Plan | Billed annually (per seat/month) | Annual payment per seat | Billed monthly (per seat/month) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lite | $14 | $168 | $24 |
| Growth | $39 | $468 | $49 |
| Premium (most popular) | $59 | $708 | $79 |
| Ultimate | $79 | $948 | $99 |
Pipedrive says annual billing saves “up to 42%.” That figure applies to Lite, where $14 a month on annual billing compares with $24 on monthly. On the other plans the annual saving is 20% to 25%.
Current plan names are Lite, Growth, Premium and Ultimate. Older articles that mention Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power or Enterprise plans describe Pipedrive’s previous line-up.
What Each Pipedrive Plan Includes
Lite ($14 annual, $24 monthly)
Lead, deal, contact, calendar and pipeline management in one workspace, AI-powered report creation from text prompts, data import from spreadsheets or another CRM, 500+ integrations, and Pipedrive Nova, its built-in meeting intelligence tool that prepares briefs, transcribes calls and suggests CRM updates.
Growth ($39 annual, $49 monthly)
Adds full Gmail, Outlook or company email sync with open and click tracking, bulk email, automations and nurturing sequences, subscription and installment products with revenue forecasts, a meeting scheduler and a unified contact timeline. For most sales teams, Growth is the first plan that feels complete.
Premium ($59 annual, $79 monthly)
Adds lead capture and routing through LeadBooster, custom lead scoring, company data enrichment, AI email writing and summaries, shared team inboxes and multiple email accounts, quotes, proposals and contracts with built-in e-signatures, required and formula fields, custom-data reports and group-level permissions.
Ultimate ($79 annual, $99 monthly)
Adds security alerts, password rules and IP- and time-based access restrictions, phone and email data enrichment for contacts, a sandbox account for testing, extended phone support (Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 23:00 CET/CEST), and partner discounts of 20% on PandaDoc and CloudTalk and 15% on Surfe.
How Pipedrive Pricing Works
Per seat, monthly or annual
Pipedrive charges per seat per month. On annual billing it shows the price as one yearly payment per seat, from $168 for Lite to $948 for Ultimate, so a five-seat Growth team pays $2,340 up front.
Annual billing is prepaid and non-refundable
Pipedrive’s help center spells out the trade-off. With annual billing you are “charged once at the start of your subscription for a full year’s cost,” the price is discounted, and annual subscriptions “can’t be refunded because they’re prepaid.” If you cancel, you keep access until the term ends. Monthly billing is charged on the same date each month and can be cancelled at any time, taking effect at the next payment date.
Switching also has timing rules. Moving from monthly to annual starts the annual term at your next billing date. Moving from annual to monthly only takes effect when the annual term ends.
Free trial, no free plan
Pipedrive offers a 14-day free trial of each plan with no credit card, and you can invite as many colleagues as you like to the trial. There is no permanent free plan.
Implementation and VAT
Pipedrive’s pricing FAQ says implementation is free “when you sign up for a pricing plan that’s over $400 a year,” a threshold that a single Growth seat or three Lite seats on annual billing already clears. Prices exclude VAT, which is charged to EU customers without a valid VAT number.
Pipedrive Add-Ons and What They Cost
Add-ons can be attached to any plan. Pipedrive lists these starting prices on its pricing page:
| Add-on | Starting price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| LeadBooster | From $32.50/month per company | Lead capture through chatbots, live chat, web forms and prospecting. Lead generation and routing is included in Premium and Ultimate. |
| Campaigns | From $13.33/month | Email marketing campaigns to your Pipedrive contacts |
| Projects | From $16/month | Post-sale project and task management linked to deals |
| Web Visitors | From $41/month | Shows which companies visit your website |
| Smart Docs | From $32.50/month | Document templates, tracking and e-signatures. Quotes, proposals and contracts with e-signatures are included in Premium and Ultimate. |
Web Visitors is priced by traffic. Its product page lists $49 a month for up to 200 identified organizations, $99 for 201 to 500 and $299 for 501 to 2,000, after excluding internet service providers, crawlers and irrelevant traffic. The lower “from $41” figure on the pricing page appears to reflect a billing discount, so confirm the exact tier at checkout.
The practical point: on Lite or Growth, adding LeadBooster and Smart Docs costs about $65 a month for the whole company. On Premium those capabilities are already included, so compare the plan upgrade with the add-on route before you buy.
What Pipedrive Costs for 3, 10 and 25 Users
These are our estimates from Pipedrive’s published prices, before VAT and without partner discounts.
| Scenario (estimate) | Setup | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 users, core pipeline | Lite, annual billing | $42 | $504 |
| 3 users, email sync and automation | Growth, annual billing | $117 | $1,404 |
| 3 users, same, paid monthly | Growth, monthly billing | $147 | $1,764 |
| 10 users with lead capture | Growth + LeadBooster, annual billing | $422.50 | $5,070 |
| 10 users, full-cycle sales | Premium, annual billing | $590 | $7,080 |
| 25 users, security and enrichment | Ultimate, annual billing | $1,975 | $23,700 |
| 25 users, same, paid monthly | Ultimate, monthly billing | $2,475 | $29,700 |
For the 10-user team, Growth plus LeadBooster costs about $2,000 a year less than Premium. Premium is worth the difference if you also want lead scoring, e-signatures, shared inboxes and the extra permission controls.
Pipedrive vs HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM and monday CRM on Cost
Per user per month, from each vendor’s pricing page, checked September 2026.
| CRM | Free option | Entry paid plan | Sales automation plan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pipedrive | 14-day trial | $14 annual / $24 monthly | $39 annual / $49 monthly (Growth) |
| HubSpot | Yes, 2 users | $20 list ($7 annual offer) | $90 annual + $1,500 onboarding (Sales Hub Pro) |
| Salesforce | Free Suite listed | $25 Starter Suite | $100 Pro Suite (annual) |
| Zoho CRM | Yes, 3 users | $14 annual / $20 monthly | $23 annual / $35 monthly (Professional) |
| monday CRM | 14-day trial | $12 annual / $18 monthly (3 seats min.) | $28 annual / $41 monthly (Pro) |
Pipedrive sits in the middle of the market: dearer than Zoho CRM at each tier, well below HubSpot and Salesforce once you need automation. Its advantage is focus. The pipeline view, activity reminders and email sync are designed for salespeople, and most teams can set it up without a consultant.
What Are the Disadvantages of Using Pipedrive?
From a pricing point of view, the main drawbacks are:
- No free plan. After the 14-day trial you pay, unlike HubSpot or Zoho CRM.
- Lite is thin. Email sync, automations and sequences start on Growth, so most teams need at least $39 per seat.
- Add-ons stack up. Marketing email, project management and website visitor tracking are separate purchases on every plan.
- Annual plans are non-refundable. The discount comes with a prepaid year you cannot get back if you switch tools.
- Marketing and service are limited. Pipedrive is a sales CRM first. Teams that want marketing automation and a help desk on the same platform usually look at HubSpot or Zoho.
What Is the Cheapest and Best CRM?
There is no single answer, because the cheapest CRM depends on team size and what you need. Among the CRMs covered here, the lowest published entry prices on annual billing are monday CRM Basic at $12 (with a 3-seat minimum), Zoho CRM Standard and Pipedrive Lite at $14, and Salesforce Starter Suite at $25. HubSpot and Zoho CRM also have free plans for up to 2 and 3 users. For a small sales team that wants automation, Zoho CRM Professional at $23 and Pipedrive Growth at $39 are the strongest value options. Our CRM software pricing guide covers more options.
Is Pipedrive a Good CRM?
For pipeline-driven sales teams, yes. It is quick to set up, easy for reps to adopt, and priced below the enterprise CRMs. It is a weaker fit for companies that need marketing automation, customer service tools or heavy customization in the same system. Our Pipedrive CRM review covers features in depth, and the Pipedrive profile lists integrations.
Is Pipedrive a CRM or ERP?
Pipedrive is a CRM. It manages leads, deals, contacts and sales activity. It does not handle ERP functions such as accounting, inventory, procurement or manufacturing, although it integrates with accounting and invoicing tools through its marketplace of 500+ apps.
Which CRM Is Better, Pipedrive or HubSpot?
Pipedrive is usually the better fit for a sales team that wants a focused pipeline tool at a predictable per-seat price. HubSpot is usually better when marketing, sales and service need one shared database, and when you are prepared for HubSpot’s higher Professional pricing and onboarding fee. On cost alone, 10 Pipedrive Premium seats come to about $7,080 a year on annual billing, against about $12,300 in year one for 10 HubSpot Sales Hub Professional seats including onboarding.
