Quick answer: Zoho CRM is free for up to 3 users. Paid editions cost $14 (Standard), $23 (Professional), $40 (Enterprise) and $52 (Ultimate) per user per month when billed annually, or $20, $35, $50 and $65 when billed monthly. There is no contract lock-in and no mandatory onboarding fee. Zoho’s simpler CRM, Bigin, starts at $7 per user, and the Zoho One suite costs $37 per employee when you license your whole company. All prices are vendor-published in USD, checked September 2026, and exclude local taxes.
Zoho CRM is one of the cheapest full-featured CRMs on the market, but the price you see first is not always the price you pay. The headline figures assume annual billing, monthly billing costs up to about 50% more, the top edition is not shown on the main pricing page, and Zoho sells two other products, Bigin and Zoho One, that can be the better deal depending on your team.
This guide lists every Zoho CRM edition with both billing options, explains the add-ons and limits that change the bill, and works through costs for teams of 3, 10 and 25 users. Prices come from Zoho’s CRM pricing page and its edition comparison, checked September 2026. Zoho shows local currency by location, so all figures here are the USD prices Zoho publishes for the US.
How Much Does Zoho CRM Cost?
Zoho CRM has five editions. The free edition covers up to 3 users; the four paid editions are priced per user per month:
| Edition | Billed annually | Billed monthly | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 (up to 3 users) | $0 | Home businesses and very small teams |
| Standard | $14/user | $20/user | Small teams getting started |
| Professional | $23/user | $35/user | Growing teams that need automation and AI |
| Enterprise | $40/user | $50/user | Mature sales organizations with several teams |
| Ultimate | $52/user | $65/user | Large, customized deployments |
Zoho’s pricing page shows Free, Standard, Professional and Enterprise. Ultimate appears on the edition comparison page and in the pricing FAQ, which describes it as “tailored for large-scale, bespoke deployments with highest possible feature limits, consultation with experts, and migration assistance.”

How Zoho CRM Pricing Works
Per user, monthly or yearly, no contract
Every paid edition is priced per user per month. Zoho’s FAQ is direct about commitment: “You are not bound by any contracts or commitments. Zoho CRM is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly).” You can switch editions from inside the product at any time.
The monthly premium
Annual billing is where Zoho’s low headline prices come from. Paying month to month costs about 43% more on Standard ($20 against $14), about 52% more on Professional ($35 against $23), and 25% more on Enterprise and Ultimate. If you are confident you will use Zoho for a year, annual billing is the single biggest saving available.
Lite users
Enterprise and Ultimate customers can add Lite users, lower-cost licenses for people who need limited access, at $12 per user per month billed annually or $15 monthly. Zoho requires at least 25 regular user licenses before Lite users can be added.
Taxes and currency
Zoho states that local taxes such as VAT or GST are charged on top of the listed prices, and it shows prices in local currency based on your location. The USD prices in this guide are what Zoho publishes for US buyers.
Add-Ons, Limits and Hidden Costs
Zoho CRM has few surprise fees, but a handful of limits can add to the bill:
- File storage: additional file storage costs $4.60 per month for each 5GB on paid editions.
- Data storage: additional record storage costs $4 per 100MB per month for accounts with 1 to 200 users, or $2 per 100MB above 200 users, on Professional and higher.
- Data backup: $12 per backup request.
- Support plans: paid editions include Zoho’s Classic support. Faster responses, round-the-clock coverage and dedicated onboarding come with paid support plans.
- Implementation services: Zoho’s pricing page highlights free onboarding, and it offers end-to-end setup programs (Jumpstart for small and mid-size businesses, and an enterprise program) for teams that want help. For complex projects, many buyers use a Zoho partner, which is quoted separately.
- Other Zoho apps: email marketing, help desk, analytics and similar tools are separate Zoho products. If you need several of them, compare the cost of buying each with CRM Plus or Zoho One.
Bigin, CRM Plus and Zoho One: Zoho’s Other CRM Options
Bigin by Zoho CRM
Bigin is Zoho’s pipeline-first CRM for very small businesses moving off spreadsheets. It has a free single-user plan and three paid plans:
| Bigin plan | Billed annually | Billed monthly |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 (single user) | $0 |
| Express | $7/user | $9/user |
| Premier | $12/user | $15/user |
| Bigin 360 | $18/user | $21/user |
Bigin Express includes pipelines, email and calendar integration, built-in calling, appointment scheduling, social ad lead capture and payment collection through Stripe and PayPal. If your team only needs to track deals, Bigin costs half of Zoho CRM Standard.
Zoho CRM Plus
CRM Plus bundles sales, marketing, help desk, live chat, social media, projects, surveys and analytics into one package. Zoho’s CRM pricing page lists it as starting at $20 per user per month. It makes sense when your sales, marketing and support teams all need Zoho tools.
Zoho One
Zoho One is Zoho’s full suite of business apps, including CRM. Its pricing page offers two licensing models:
- All-employee pricing: $37 per employee per month, billed annually, but you must license every employee in the company.
- Flexible-user pricing: license any number of users. When we checked, the page showed $67 per user per month billed annually, next to a $90 reference price, and Zoho’s FAQ still quotes $90. Confirm the current rate at checkout.
Zoho’s FAQ also lists an Essentials plan at $9 per user per month with annual licensing.
What Zoho CRM Costs for 3, 10 and 25 Users
These are our estimates from Zoho’s published USD prices, before tax and without add-ons.
| Scenario (estimate) | Setup | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|---|
| 3 users, basic contact tracking | Free edition | $0 | $0 |
| 3 users, email and forecasting | Standard, annual billing | $42 | $504 |
| 10 users, automated sales process | Professional, annual billing | $230 | $2,760 |
| 10 users, same, paid monthly | Professional, monthly billing | $350 | $4,200 |
| 25 users, multi-team sales | Enterprise, annual billing | $1,000 | $12,000 |
| 25 users + 10 Lite users | Enterprise + Lite, annual billing | $1,120 | $13,440 |
| 25-employee company, whole suite | Zoho One all-employee pricing | $925 | $11,100 |
The last row shows why Zoho One is worth pricing. For a company where the headcount and the CRM user count are close, all-employee Zoho One can cost less than Zoho CRM Enterprise alone, and it includes dozens of other apps. The maths flips when only a fraction of staff need the CRM, because you pay for every employee.
Zoho CRM vs HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and monday CRM on Cost
Per user per month, from each vendor’s pricing page, checked September 2026.
| CRM | Free option | Entry paid plan | Automation tier |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM | Yes, 3 users | $14 annual / $20 monthly | $23 annual / $35 monthly (Professional) |
| HubSpot | Yes, 2 users | $20 list ($7 annual offer) | $90 annual + $1,500 onboarding (Sales Hub Pro) |
| Salesforce | Free Suite listed | $25 Starter Suite | $100 Pro Suite (annual) |
| Pipedrive | 14-day trial | $14 annual / $24 monthly | $39 annual / $49 monthly (Growth) |
| monday CRM | 14-day trial | $12 annual / $18 monthly | $17 annual / $25 monthly (Standard) |
On annual billing, Zoho CRM Professional costs about a quarter of HubSpot Sales Hub Professional and Salesforce Pro Suite. That price gap is Zoho’s main selling point. The trade-off buyers weigh is the learning curve and the number of separate Zoho apps needed for marketing and service, which HubSpot bundles. For a feature comparison, see HubSpot vs Salesforce vs Zoho.
Is Zoho CRM Actually Free?
Yes. Zoho’s pricing FAQ confirms a free edition “that supports upto 3 users” with leads, documents and mobile apps, and it has no time limit. It includes workflow automation and 5,000 API calls a day, which is generous for a free plan. It lacks mass email, multiple pipelines and forecasting, which start on Standard.
What Are the Disadvantages of Zoho CRM?
On pricing specifically, four points are worth knowing before you buy:
- Monthly billing is expensive. The low prices assume annual payment; monthly adds 25% to 52% depending on edition.
- Key features sit on Professional. Process management, CPQ, inventory, AI agents and unlimited reports are not in Standard, so many growing teams end up at $23 or $35 per user.
- Lite users need scale. Cheaper Lite licenses are only available to Enterprise and Ultimate customers with at least 25 regular users.
- Other functions are separate apps. Marketing automation, help desk and analytics are separate Zoho products, so the total can grow unless you move to CRM Plus or Zoho One.
Who Is Zoho’s Biggest Competitor?
In CRM, Zoho is most often compared with HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and Freshsales. HubSpot and Salesforce compete for companies that expect to grow into complex processes; Pipedrive and Freshsales compete for small sales teams on price and simplicity. Our best Zoho CRM alternatives guide and the Zoho CRM alternatives list cover the field.
Is Zoho Indian or Chinese?
Zoho is an Indian company. Zoho Corporation is headquartered in Chennai, India, and has offices around the world, including in the United States. It is privately held.
What’s Better Than Zoho?
It depends on what you want to improve. If you want marketing, sales and service on one database with less setup, HubSpot is the usual step up, at a higher price. If you want a simpler, pipeline-first tool, Pipedrive is easier to learn. If you run a large sales organization with complex requirements, Salesforce offers more depth. For most small teams on a budget, Zoho CRM or Bigin is hard to beat on price. See the Zoho CRM profile for features and integrations, and our CRM pricing guide for the wider market.
