exactllyHRMS is a human resource management and payroll platform for growing organisations that want to connect employee data with day-to-day HR operations. It supports the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through employee records, attendance, shifts, leave, payroll, performance, self-service, asset management and exit processes. Payroll supports configurable salary structures, allowances and deductions, payroll history, salary revisions, loans and advances, together with Indian statutory workflows including PF, ESI, professional tax, TDS, Form 16 and Form 24Q. Attendance and workforce functions support biometric integration, rosters and shifts, leave rules and approval workflows. Employee self-service gives employees access to relevant information such as leave and payslips, while dashboards, MIS and reporting provide management visibility across the workforce. exactllyHRMS is available for cloud and on-premise deployment. Browser access is available on Windows and macOS, and native Android/iOS mobile applications are provided based on licensed modules and business requirements. APIs are available for approved third-party integrations. Implementation can be delivered by Exactlly teams or authorised partners/resellers, with data migration assistance, training and post-implementation support.
