What does 'ATS Integration' mean?
A two-way connection between a recruiting tool and the applicant tracking system that serves as the system of record for candidates, requisitions and hiring stages. Candidates sourced or screened elsewhere are pushed into the ATS with their notes and resumes attached, and stage changes flow back so recruiters do not have to update both systems. Without it, sourcing and outreach data tends to sit outside the official hiring pipeline.
