Before shortlisting, verify in a demo that Sandbox's attendance tracking matches your check-in workflow (some facilities use QR codes or biometric readers, which Sandbox does not natively support).

Confirm that the online billing system integrates with your payment processor—Sandbox supports Stripe and PayPal but not all regional payment gateways. Ask the vendor about data export formats; if you need to migrate records to another system later, Sandbox exports to CSV only, not direct API access.
