What is Agent Memory?
What does 'Agent Memory' mean?
Agent memory is what an agent still knows at the start of the next run: facts it was told, decisions it made, and a record of what it has already done for this user. Without it every conversation restarts from nothing, which is why memory is usually the first thing teams add after a working prototype. Platforms differ in whether memory is written automatically, how it is summarised as it grows, and whether you can read and correct what is stored.
