What is Nango?
Nango gives an agent access to a named user’s accounts in other software. Its own description is "Integrations for agents", with access to 1,200 or more APIs and MCP servers and roughly 10,000 callable actions behind them. Nango runs the sign-in handshake for each application, keeps the grant, refreshes it, and attaches it to outgoing calls, so the agent never handles the credential. Permissions and context are applied at the point of the call, and every action an agent takes is logged. The project is open source and can run inside your own infrastructure instead of Nango’s cloud. Pricing is unusual in this group because the published rate is per connected account rather than per seat, which makes the bill track customers instead of staff.
