What is Token Vault?

What does 'Token Vault' mean?

A token vault stores the credentials an agent needs for other systems, encrypted and separated per customer, and attaches them to an outgoing request at the moment the call is made. The point is that the agent never holds the credential itself. A model that cannot read an access token cannot leak one into a prompt, a log or a reply, which is why a vault is the usual answer when a security review asks how an agent reaches a production system.
