What is Per-User Authorization?
What does 'Per-User Authorization' mean?
Per-user authorization means every call an agent makes runs under the identity of the person it is working for, with exactly the access that person already had in the connected application. The alternative is one shared service account, which gives every agent the union of everyone’s access and makes an audit record impossible to trace back to a human. Per-user grants also expire and revoke the way a company already expects, so removing an employee removes the agent’s reach with them.
