Short answer: AnyDesk’s US list prices are $37.90 a month for Solo, $63.90 a month for Standard (one concurrent connection) and $138.90 a month for Advanced (two connections), all billed annually. Ultimate is quote-based. Extra connections cost $38.90 each a month on Standard and Advanced. AnyDesk stays free for personal use, and in September 2026 its pricing page showed a 20% discount on all three published plans.

Prices below are vendor-published USD list prices from anydesk.com/en/pricing as served to US visitors, checked September 2026. AnyDesk shows each visitor prices in the local currency for their region, so buyers outside the US will see different figures on the same page. Prices exclude taxes.

AnyDesk pricing at a glance

Annual cost is the monthly list price multiplied by 12. AnyDesk states that all plans are billed yearly and that monthly prices reflect the equivalent monthly cost of the annual plan.

How much does AnyDesk cost per year?

At list price, AnyDesk Solo costs $454.80 a year, Standard costs $766.80 a year for one concurrent connection and Advanced costs $1,666.80 a year for two. Each extra connection adds $466.80 a year ($38.90 a month). During the September 2026 promotion the same plans came to $363.84, $613.44 and $1,333.44 a year.

The 20% discount appeared on the US pricing page in September 2026 as $30.32 (Solo), $51.12 (Standard) and $111.12 (Advanced) a month. It was not on the page in July and August 2026, so treat it as a limited promotion and check the live page before you budget. AnyDesk also offers multi-year subscriptions through its sales team to lock in a price.

What does each AnyDesk plan include?

AnyDesk Solo: $37.90 a month

Solo is a professional license for single-person use. It includes one connection that can’t be scaled, one licensed user, three registered devices to connect from, and 100 managed devices for unattended access. You get unlimited interactive (attended) connections, the remote work feature set, mobile device platforms and one address book with 100 entries. It is the right plan for a freelancer or solo IT consultant, and the wrong one for any team, because you can’t add a second connection.

AnyDesk Standard: $63.90 a month

Standard is AnyDesk’s small-team plan. It starts with one concurrent connection and scales to 20 with add-on connections at $38.90 each a month, billed annually. Team size goes up to 20 users, unattended access covers 500 managed devices, and you get user management in my.anydesk, a custom-branded AnyDesk app, file transfer, session recording, privacy mode, six address books (one personal, five shared) and an optional namespace add-on.

AnyDesk Advanced: $138.90 a month

Advanced is labelled “Best Value” and aimed at IT and technical support teams. It starts with two connections ($69.45 each) and scales to 50 with add-ons at $38.90 each a month. Team size goes up to 100 users with 1,000 managed devices. On top of Standard it adds user and role management, a command-line interface, mass deployment through MSI, Windows Group Policy, mobile device management support, 16 address books and live phone support.

AnyDesk Ultimate: quote

Ultimate is priced by quote and fully customizable. It starts with five licensed users and 2,000 managed devices, with unlimited additional users as an add-on. It adds full organization management, single sign-on (SSO), a custom namespace, a remote support module, CRM and ITSM integrations, a dedicated support team, and the choice of cloud or on-premises hosting.

What add-ons does AnyDesk sell?

Beyond extra connections, AnyDesk sells add-ons for more managed devices, more address books, a custom namespace, a Remote Worker add-on, and Salesforce and Freshworks integrations. Availability depends on the plan, and add-on prices aren’t listed on the public pricing page, so they come through checkout or sales.

  • Concurrent connections: $38.90 each a month, billed annually, up to 20 on Standard and 50 on Advanced. Solo can’t add connections.
  • Managed devices: add-on packs on top of each plan’s base (100, 500, 1,000 or 2,000 unattended devices).
  • Address books: extra books on top of the base allowance (1 book with 100 entries on Solo, 6 on Standard, 16 on Advanced, unlimited and role-based on Ultimate).
  • Namespace: an add-on on Standard and Advanced; a custom namespace is included on Ultimate.
  • Remote Worker, Salesforce and Freshworks integrations: offered as add-ons on the higher tiers.

A namespace lets you rename device addresses under your own company domain, for example My.Name@CompanyName, which helps customers recognize a legitimate support session. For teams that buy several add-ons, Advanced or a quote for Ultimate can work out simpler than stacking extras on Standard.

Is AnyDesk free or paid?

Both. AnyDesk is free for personal use with a limited feature set and help-center support. Professional users need a paid license. Only the person who starts a session needs a license; the people you connect to take part for free.

AnyDesk separates personal from commercial use, so a business that relies on the free version for customer or staff support should budget for at least Solo or Standard. The upgrade also brings the admin controls that make remote access auditable: user management, session recording and access control lists.

Standard with add-ons or Advanced: which is cheaper?

If you only need more simultaneous connections, Standard with add-ons is cheaper. Two connections cost $102.80 a month on Standard ($63.90 plus one $38.90 add-on) against $138.90 on Advanced. Move to Advanced when you need more than 20 users or 500 devices, MSI mass deployment, Group Policy, the CLI or phone support.

Concurrent connections Standard + add-ons (per month) Advanced + add-ons (per month)
1 $63.90 Not available (starts at 2)
2 $102.80 $138.90
3 $141.70 $177.80
5 $219.50 $255.60

Figures are list prices billed annually, calculated from AnyDesk’s published base price and $38.90 add-on rate. The gap stays at $36.10 a month at every connection count, which is effectively what you pay for Advanced’s extra features, higher device and user caps, and phone support.

Why is AnyDesk not free anymore?

AnyDesk is still free, but only for personal use. Its pricing FAQ states that professional users need a license, so using the free version to support customers, clients or colleagues puts you outside its terms. Businesses need at least Solo, or Standard as soon as more than one person needs to connect.

The paid plans are also where the business controls live: user management in my.anydesk, session recording, access control lists, permission profiles and, on Ultimate, single sign-on. Those are the features an auditor or security team will ask about.

What are the downsides of AnyDesk pricing?

  • Annual billing only. AnyDesk offers subscriptions on an annual basis with annual billing, and contracts renew automatically unless you tell AnyDesk beforehand.
  • Solo can’t grow. Its single connection is not scalable, so a second technician means moving to Standard.
  • Phone support starts on Advanced. Standard customers get ticket and live chat support.
  • SSO and on-premises hosting are Ultimate-only, which is quote-based.
  • Regional pricing. The same plan costs different amounts in different countries, which complicates budgeting for global teams.

How does AnyDesk pricing compare with TeamViewer and Splashtop?

For a single user, AnyDesk Solo ($37.90 a month) costs more than TeamViewer Remote Access ($24.90 a month) and much more than Splashtop Solo ($72 a year), but it covers far more unattended devices: 100, against 3 on TeamViewer Remote Access and 2 on Splashtop Solo. For teams, AnyDesk Standard at $63.90 a month sits between TeamViewer Business ($50.90) and Premium ($120.90).

How to choose an AnyDesk plan

  1. Count concurrent sessions, not people. AnyDesk prices by simultaneous connections. A team of eight where two are usually live needs two connections.
  2. Count unattended devices. 100 on Solo, 500 on Standard, 1,000 on Advanced, 2,000 on Ultimate.
  3. List the admin features you need. MSI deployment, Group Policy, CLI and phone support mean Advanced. SSO or on-premises means Ultimate.
  4. Check the live page for promotions before signing, and ask about multi-year pricing if you know you’ll renew.
