"E-Mail Flut mit ZOHO Desk filtern und Prioritäten setzen"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Wir erhalten sehr viele E-Mails und da ist es für uns sehr wichtig, dass wir Prioritäten (Anfragen durch Mitglider) setzen können, um möglichst zeitnah zu handeln. Das spart nicht nur Zeit, sondern fördert die Zufriedenheit der Mitglieder. Wir denken, dass wir mit ZOHO Desk die passende Lösung finden werden. Schliesslich ist der Weg das Ziel, nicht nur beim Wandern und Fahrradfahren, sondern auch in der Administration.

"Zoho one products"

What do you like best about Zoho One? I mainly use Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk / SalesIQ for my position. I find it very helpful that zoho desk tickets can be pushed into zoho CRM so that there is a record on the user page of each support ticket that has been submitted. Zoho desk support chat is also very responsive and quick.

"The Most Amazing Platform for Customer Service"
