What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I like how team-oriented Zoho is. My team and I collaborate heavily on some of the more difficult helpdesk tasks so having things like the "Collision detection" really helps.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I loved the program's interface, I found it very clean and organized, part of the page loading I found very fast and efficient. Navigation issue could be faster on some pages
