What do you like best about Zoho Desk? One of the things I like best about Zoho Desk is how easy it is to use. I like that the Zoho Desk tools and site are very user-friendly once you learn where the templates are and what tasks that you are trying to complete are located. You can use many different templates to help streamline your process, and Zoho Desk has a lot of built-in plugins for a plethora of other applications.
