"Interesting platform for customer interaction"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Good platform for ticketing and best part is emails are sent from inside the platform and client even do not need to login to client portal, unless it is verymuch needed.

What do you like best about Zoho One? It is best that gives you understanding of the no. of users, dashboard, admin interface is good, give understanding of no. of applications, users on a single application. Through this one can navigate, assign, deactivate, creation of account. One can even so applications used by user how many days or months back.
