Making my job easy peasy with ZoHo Desk

What do you like best? I love the fact that I am bale to input everything from a customer and be able to have our record of this to fall back on after many many years. The best ticket system for the price!

What do you like best? I like that you can view all the customers past tickets when you click on their name. This makes it simple to track previous issues and ensure we are helping our affiliates to the best of our abilities. I also like that we can have several departments within one Zoho account; this makes life SO much easier! Great Bang for the Buck

What do you like best? I am a ConnectWise convert and I have to say I love the interface, the flow, the fact that it preserves formatting, the mobile app and a lot more. What do you dislike? I did have some trouble when I first created the board. There were some bugs that revolved around changing the primary account. I solved the issue by deleting the account and starting over.
