Zoho Desk - Low Cost Solution
What do you like best? The cost. Very minimal compared to others. Very simple to use as well. Combining both cost and usability, its definitely a powerhouse. Its also very simple to use. Great Knowledgebase
What do you like best? I love the Knowledge Base in Zoho Desk. The search function is significantly better than our previous knowledge base and it has a clean look. What do you dislike? I disklike that the ticket submission isn't very customizable. We use zoho desk internally to manage a variety of different tickets and it's very important that each ticket type has its own set of qustions. Simple, not the best UX, but the price is good
What do you like best? The price is fine, comparing to other solutions, and it has online chat. What do you dislike? The UX needs to be updated with a more modern interface, more wide, clean and using less graphical effects. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We want to outsource all "home-made" systems we use. Zoho Desk should be our new help desk.

What do you like best? Interface clair et synchronisation avec les autres applications zoho fonctionne bien. Fluidité du système plutôt bon.
