What do you like best? Easy to use Great support in case there are questions or issues! What do you dislike? Can be a bit overwhelming at first as there ar so many options. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating a unified conversation system (no matter how or where customers ask a question, there is always a crew member nearby to answer it.

Our projects system
What do you like best? Zoho is super easy to use and input info into. It works super well with our other projects system and looking up info is also super easy. Always works fast and well What do you dislike? Sometimes refining results is a bit hard, like I want things sorted by a person or need to find it in a date and its not super intuitive how to do that. So far so good. Still playing with integration but they are well suited!
What do you like best? I like the many options for integration. Especially with infusiosoft and Google. What do you dislike? Can say that I dislike anything so far. One of the best web-based Ticket system
What do you like best? Simple yet interactive and easy to navigate UI. What do you dislike? Free trial period was too short. Need time to understand the business requirements and then to make the changes in Zoho Desk What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Excellent option for my company
What do you like best? Ease of use, familiarity of email template for existing customers, salesIQ bots seem exciting What do you dislike? Ticket number displayed in every subject What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using email is becoming hard to trace conversations and customer interactions. Also meething SLA's and tracking time to replies is difficult using legacy email.
