What do you like best about Zoho Desk? It's easy to set up and work with. Add new customers and send a mail directly to our workers so they can respond to a ticket generated by an agent. Dashboard is great to keep up with the work.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? At first, we are Zoho users of multiple modules and if we need to expand to a help desk, it would naturally be Zoho Desk. It is an easy to use took but first we are exploring API integration to automate processes with our tool.
