Great with 3CX

What do you like best? I love the robustness of settings that can be modified and automated. What do you dislike? Given the robustness of settings and automation comes to a great amount of time needed to set that all up. Competitor products don't even give you this level of settings. My experience so far has been great, love how it seamlessly integrates with CRM.

What do you like best? The interface is very user friendly. The ability to review customer's cases to provide efficient resolution in a timely manner. The connection to CRM gives each agent the tools needed to provide all details on the first call. This is very important. What do you dislike? Similar product to zendesk with more functionality

What do you like best? UX is pretty easy to navigate which makes finding what you want easy. What do you dislike? Some of the required fields cannot be made non-mandatory, such as last name. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Managing backlog of requests using a sprint mentality.

Really useful and reliable platform but a bit costly

Powerful Tool with a few weaknesses

What do you like best? Zoho Desk is an effective way of keeping track of cases and tasks. For the great price and easy setup, we would recommend it. We just modified our procedures around how we bill things out and it should work great for us. It also ties in to Zoho books! What do you dislike?
