Easy to setup, competitive pricing and feature packed!
What do you like best? Ease of use for both agents and users, more features available at a lower cost compared to other solutions. What do you dislike? Not able to auto assign a domain to a company i.e [email protected] to Zoho account. Recommendations to others considering the product None, my i think this is best value for money helpdesk solution. Zoho Desk Trial
What do you like best? Zoho Desk is relatively easy to learn and is ready with most of the features that one would want to have straight out of the box. It seamlessly integrates with email and offers a functional customer portal with no configuration or effort. What do you like best? Easy management and ticket assignment and that it works as an extension of other features and integrates with other products making the entire ZOHO Suite the preferred choice for our business needs. Help Desk Software - Trial
What do you like best? Gives me a clean crisp interface to use as well as providing me and my user base access to who is available to assist them. What do you dislike? I wish there was more flexibility in the pricing plans. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Support ticket tracking and better visibility to issues.

What do you like best? It is a full featured application, that helps you organize your customer inquiries and improve your customer communication and service. The user interface helps find every feature easily and is very self explanatory. Don't need too much time understanding how it works. Integration with other apps was a breeze. What do you dislike?
