What do you like best? The ability of clients to send an email to a specific email address and it will automatically create a zoho desk ticket What do you dislike? The very limited Report option of a trial account What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We solved internal IT request for our IT department. We can now efficiently track and monitor every request for our team.

Easy to use, and had all the features we wanted.
What do you like best? The ability to manage departments and teams gives us very clear lines of communication for all of our departments in our business. What do you dislike? We do not have the ability to remove the main helpdesk that is the default one, unless we turn on multi-branding... other than that I don't think I can think of a complaint. What do you like best? It helps in solving IT TICKETS and helps me identify important tickets.Additioanally, I can assign priority to the tickets What do you dislike? What do you like best? After trailing a number of helpdesk solutions over the past 4 years we have been trailing Zoho Desk for the past few weeks. We have found Zoho Desk to be easy to set up and easy to use. We especially like the fact that Zoho is cloud hosted, which is alogned to the strategy of Atmos Technology. Definitely worth trying
What do you like best? We have evaluated several apps but Zoho was easiest to setup and the support was the best. So we went for Zoho. What do you dislike? Great Integration
What do you like best? How I can integrate into O365 and Teams! What do you dislike? Customers cant update ticket through email and cant assign 2 agents to a single ticket What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Helpdesk for company. We found that it is much simpler then other help desk systems.

Very easy to use and setup
What do you like best? We like that it has social integrations and that it has a knowledgebase and workflow to help simplify our customer service. What do you dislike? I have tried many other customer service app and I cannot find something I do not like here.
