What do you like best? a lot of features already awesome but the best I like is chatbot What do you dislike? First Impression Great
What do you like best? I like the easy to view layout and ease of navigation. It syncs with the Zoho CRM which is great and the live chat can alo be integrated. What do you dislike? I think it will take a while to take full advantage of the functionality as there is a lot to learn however over time i am sure it will be worth it. What do you like best? There are a lot of customisation options available allowing for full control over the system. What do you dislike? Haven't come across anything that I dislike as of yet. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There are more reporting options There are more custom setups available Generally there are more tools to help get the most out of managing service desk tickets

Best Service desk / Ticketing tools I Know
What do you like best? Quick setup and very simple to customize to the need of our compagny. What do you dislike? We need to put contact in ticket and we would prefere to only have account instead. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it for our IT and Dev Team we gain a lot of follow up on our cases

What do you like best? My favorite attribute about this system is that it is completely customizable. Everything about the system can be updated to better meet your needs. What do you dislike? This is a great application for e-commerce business
What do you like best? The easy interface and smooth transition, it's very easy to understand and monitor all our queries at one place. It also has an option of creating a knowledge base which is AMAZING. What do you dislike? OUR USERS HAVE TO LOGIN SEPARATELY TO ZOHO DESK TO BE ABLE TO SEE OUR MESSAGES.
