Very satisfied with ZoHo Desk Features
What do you like best? The ability to assign the tickets and schedule tasks are the best part about ZoHo desk. It is affordable and had always been reliable for us, in the 2 years I have used it I haven't had any issues! What do you dislike? Honestly, very few downsides. Great options, affordable and complete
What do you like best? "I have used an array of customer support systems. Zohodesk is the only one that compares to some of the most robust and expensive platforms available and still outperforms in terms of response times and functionality. I feel that a score of 4 is appropriate for one specific reason. When creating tickets for customers, I am only able to include one recipient's email. Very Easy to Use
What do you like best? It is extremely easy to setup and use right away. I had my team creating and answering tickets within the hour of getting the trial version. Also, very simple for our end users to email and create their own tickets. What do you dislike? That you can only have 3 "Agents" in the trial version. What do you like best? Zoho comes as many more online tools for commercial use, it can be use and any scale of business easily. Great Solution for IT helpdesk or Service companies to manage their customer tickets and SLA's

Zoho desk is fast, reliable and easy to use
What do you like best? We are already using Zoho mail, and to have ita ll integrated together is great, and it speeds up our process a lot. We love the simplicity but also powerfull automation settings. What do you dislike? Croatian language is a bit messed up, but overall everything works great. A great ticket support system for our International Convention
What do you like best? Zoho Desk works really well as we support teachers having problems submitting abstracts and registrations for our VietTESOL International Convention. It accepts tickets from multiple channels. It has friendly interface and mobile applications and runs smoothly. We used an open source software but encountered problems with creating tickets from emails and also with email notifications. What do you dislike?
