What do you like best? I really the ease of how they link everything I want to cover. I get full coverage from talking to a potential client to them being a paying client. What do you like best? Zoho Desk offers a ton of 3rd party integrations and everything worked right away. It was easy to onboard team members. What do you dislike? Zoho desk should have a QuickBooks Online integration. It would also be nice to have more calendar views that outline tickets and time entries in a generic calendar view. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoho Desk was implemented to create a KB around tickets and time entries.

What do you like best? Supports multiple ways to submit tickets. Easily customized forms. What do you dislike? Some additional help such as tutorials would be nice. Awesome framework
What do you like best? They have a lot of products. And they all seem to go hand in hand with zoho desk and CRM integrating seamlessly. What do you dislike? Not so much to dislike but, sometimes it feels like the user interface could be a little better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoho Desk is great for customer service. It helps us in solving their problem quickly by assigning the right queries to the right person.

Powerfull and easy to use
What do you like best? Zoho Desk is an easy to use software that solved multiple problems for our company. Most off all we needed software that could give us structure in solving tickets and answering our customers. Zoho Desk does that. Pretty flexible configuration and huge integration options
What do you like best? What I really like from Zoho is comprehensiveness. It is fairly configurable for most of industries and use cases. Though I believe this is not the quickest and easiest platform to kickstart and run, but it definitely worths the initial effort to properly configure it based on your own company needs and take advantage of this flexibility.
