What do you like best? Customize options are more than enough. Pricing is affordable. Integration with other vendor's products. What do you dislike? Not the easiest to use. Easy to use, perfect for small businesses
What do you like best? It's a user friendly tool - I love it for it's simplicity. Easy to use and configure. It offers all communication channels and allows you to choose and integrate your preferred telephony. I like the idea of a 'Light Agent' and plan to use it.
