What do you like best? Very simple and straightforward. Easy to learn What do you dislike? I appreciate the call from the support team at zoho but they kind of spammed me with calls. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer service questions, creating a knowledge base.

What do you like best? I like that Zoho has a lot of different products that all integrate with each other. Zoho Desk is another great tool that works well and integrates with tools we already use.
