What do you like best? Easy to setup a knowledge base! Also easy to integrate the mobile SDK. It was also easy to setup the knowledge base articles. Setting up an article hierarchy was also straight forward whereby you can categorise your articles. I liked the way the search function of the knowledge base is implemented so you can search using an autocomplete dropdown. This allows users to quickly find relevant articles. What do you like best? Zoho is user friendly and keeps all information organized. What do you dislike? The tabs can be rather small, making it take a little bit longer to find the button I`m looking for. Zoho is amazing!
What do you like best? I LOVE ZohoDesk. Much easier to set up and use than other programs. I'm using the trial and so far, so good. What do you dislike? Importing. No matter how I try and do it, keeps getting error messages telling me to only upload 1000 records. I am still figuring this out. My xl ss is only about 600 records that I am testing with. What do you like best? Live Chat, ASAP function allows the users to communicate with our team. What do you dislike? Ticket view always default to Classic view, whereas I prefer Table view.
