Time & Client Saver
What do you like best? Very streamlined and efficient. No bloat. Very intuitive. Love the chat and help desk ticket integration. What do you dislike? Have not found any cons yet. Everything is working well What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Needed to consolidate website chat and support desk. This did the trick nicely. The ability to automatically convert a chat session to a support ticket for follow-up/review has helped tremendously.

Great ticketing system with good tracking.
What do you like best? The best part for the software is customization, specially in form generating. What do you dislike? I am not happy with representatives from Turkey who contacted us for help. They just have phone call with me but no help at all. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking and reporting aspects of software is awesome and details are clearly displayed in Dashboard.

What do you like best? I have been using Zoho for many years and to date haven't find a product that do so much and is as cost effective then Zoho suite. What do you like best? The Zoho Desk looks compact and easy to use and track. The main advantage is the help desk automation which ensures the tickets are assigned immediately and resolved quickly. What do you like best? We are currently evaluating the trial, however, the feedback I receive from staff is great! There are different packages for every company size. What do you dislike?
