What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The thing I like about zoho desk is that it's quite simple to integrate and use in your website for having a chat option with customers and solving any queries or information they require. You get a code snippet that you put in your website page and the chat app will popup in your website.

"Works pretty much out of the box"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? We like the versatility of Zoho Desk and that it just works. We tried many helpdesk solutions and there was always something or the support was really bad. Zoho Desk gave us a positive experience.
