Looking for a replacement to WHD
What do you like best? I like the fact that you can insert images directly into the responses. What do you dislike? That you can't create a solution to an issue with images What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I need to be able to allow all users to see what other issues are in the system so being able to publish them to Slack is an advantage

An Excellent Product
What do you like best? Great product for help-desk ticketing. I like the customization options and their pre-sales support will bend over backwards to accomodate questions and workarounds. What do you dislike? There is a lack of updated tutorial videos for setup and accessing more advanced features, however, pre-sales support is great and they address support emails and tickets quickly. Great Ticketing solution
What do you like best? The integration with Zoho CRM is game-changing. What do you dislike? UI and settings layout. It is clean and simple. However, we found that looking for a specific option or setting could be very time consuming and difficult to find. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A better CRM
What do you like best? Zoho is very easy to use.Its GUI is amazing. What do you dislike? I dont dislike anything.Zoho gives complete access to the customers reports What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
