Still testing. Not good integration with other modules so far

What do you like best? Ticket support for my zoho subscribers. Would be great if it could be integrated automatically, so far have to create the Contacts manually What do you dislike? Best service desk software experience

What do you like best? Easy use, multi channel configuration. It isn't expensive. What do you dislike? Actually I didn't found anything that dislike me. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is a great software What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is helping with human resource department. It help me to track all employee requests.
