Intuitive design, easy to use interface, AI features like no other, whats not to like?
What do you like best? It helped my team create jobs and manage them easily. Distributing and assigning has also never been easier. Self-service allows our users to quickly resolve small issues instead of adding workload to our team. This solution is brilliant and I couldn't recommend it enough. What do you dislike? There not much to dislike about Zoho Desk. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our Job management has improved dramatically

Zoho Desk is a brilliant platform for quickly and easily responding to tickets
What do you like best? Staying on top of the mountains of emails you get and tracking tickets easily! What do you dislike? I found it really useful, I don't think I have anything I dislike at this stage Recommendations to others considering the product: Nothing really What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoho Desk is still new to me but so far I've found faster to respond to customers and customers have a better experience with us!

What do you like best? Zoho product line encompasses all areas of CRM and Customer service with a solid robust solution. What do you dislike? Not much to say. What do you like best? I can manage my tickets with ease using Zoho Desk. It provides me with the perfect user interface to easily navigate between all my tickets and incidents. This tool is also widely used making it great for training new colleagues and customers to use this for internal systems. What do you dislike? Easy to use, great for a startup
What do you like best? Zoho Desk is easy to use -- it's very intuitive. It's easy to share with a team. What do you dislike? I haven't really come across anything I don't like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zoho Desk is the tool my CTO recommended to handle customer service as we release the beta of our app. We're a small team so it'll help us manage customer service efficiently.

What do you like best? Zoho Desk lets us organize customer support tickets online. Also, it is quite possible to integrate with other applications of Zoho that makes our workflow even better.
