What do you like best? Very user friendly interface. Great customer service. What do you like best? The interface is very user friendly, clean looking and easy to navigate around. I like the custom ticket views and starred views which can be accessed easy. We previously used Kayako which done a job but has no way near the features of Desk. All agents have full visibility of all communication across tickets both internally and client side. Great solution for customer service

What do you like best? We recently implement Zoho Desk and Jive to improve our contact center. It is very easy to use and cover all our needs. What do you dislike? Probably the price per user license, but ther is other licensing alternatives like Zoho One. In our case, we are migrating to Zoho One in the following weeks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Increase of SLA, we are able to give a more personalized response to every customer.
