What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Prior to using Zoho Desk our team was buried in emails, spreadsheets and phone calls. It was difficult to keep up with where anyone was at on an issue or when they had been resolved. THe ease of use would be one of my top recommendations for using Zoho Desk. "Best help desk solution"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Ease of setting up and time to make it live is negligible. We were able to train our staff very easily as most of the things are self explanatory.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? I appreciate the integration with the rest of the Zoho suite of products. I also appreciate that there is a usable free option. I've generally been pleased with Zoho's lineup and price points.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Easy to install. Does what it says on the tin. Intuitive, clean. Have tried the raft of others and for me this just does what you want. no ads, no fussy screens. Nice.

"Solid tools for user management"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? We ran the subscription review and it seems to be a very solid platform. My favorite "like" is that the system supports multiple incoming channels for customer contact. That is huge as our clients don't adhere to the same way of communicating with us, which makes is very difficult to support them. The other thing I really like is the support for the service. If I have a question, it's very easy to get answers.
