What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Simple and easy to use, the best far is that they are able to successfully achieve a kanban board. Also the reporting, layout and user interface is far more efficient than some other ticketing system.

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? It took only few minutes to setup email ticket support system with Zoho, also support team learned how to use it in almost no time. We are using Zoho Desk software-as-a-service, interface is a web application, so installing or running servers are not needed.

To have a support landing page with FAQ, and the easy to use ticket system, really helped our business use less time on support, and shift focus to what we do best, to sell.
