"Easily adapts to my needs"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The set-up is simple and the interface is very easy to use. Its dashboards and reports are the best things I've done yet. They help me to track each ticket, event, incident or issue and to spend the time agents spend on every ticket, which is one of the most important characteristics of our company (in our case: adviser).
