"Feature rich and amazing price"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? We've really enjoyed the immense features and capabilities of Zoho Desk. We've used multiple help desks and tested out over 25 different help desks and have ended up using Zoho Desk for e-commerce and our Saas company as well.

"Great features for small business support"

What do you like best about Zoho Desk? Zoho Desk gave us the extra features and abilities we needed that were not accessible on other platforms we have used in the past. We really love how detailed the reports are as well! Also really like the layout of the ticket history and that it allows for collapsable conversations for easier viewing.
