What do you like best about Zoho Desk? The product is easy to customize based on SLA and escalation processes. The team has the ability to monitor status on tickets and help as needed. Escalations will happen based on time and knowledge level required.

"Zoho Desk is akiller"
What do you like best about Zoho Desk? It makes it much easier to follow step by step the ordering process and it doubles as a decent customer database. Using Zohodesk was a learning curve for me but the features, particularly Estimates and Invoicing makes it worth it
